How purchase works.
The flow is short and predictable. Customers see what they are buying, which license they receive and where to find the installer after payment.
1. Choose a plan
The plan defines site activations, updates, support and license duration, so it is easy to choose the right option for a blog, business or agency.
2. Complete payment
Customers can use online checkout, card, local transfer, digital wallet or business payment, depending on the methods you enable.
3. Receive the email
The message includes the order number, secure installer link, license key and a short installation guide.
4. Activate the license
Inside WordPress, the customer enters the purchase email and license key. Once active, the site receives updates and support access.
Chosen free setup for launch.
The simplest no-paid-plugin stack is WooCommerce, License Manager for WooCommerce and the official Stripe gateway for WooCommerce. The plugins are free to install; payment providers still charge normal transaction fees.
WooCommerce
Handles checkout, orders, customer accounts, emails and the digital product that contains the SyndiScribe AI installer.
License Manager for WooCommerce
Creates and sends license keys, shows them in the customer account and provides the connection point for plugin activation after installation.
Stripe + bank transfer
Stripe supports cards, wallets and local methods available on the account, such as BLIK or Przelewy24. Bank transfer stays available for business customers.
Why this setup?
It avoids paid add-ons at launch, fits WordPress, supports file downloads and gives the plugin a stable way to activate licenses.
Familiar payment methods.
The checkout shows trusted options customers already recognize, so the purchase feels simple from the start.
Stripe: cards and wallets
A good option when customers want to pay quickly and move to the plugin download after payment is confirmed.
BLIK and Przelewy24
If available on your Stripe account, customers can use payment methods they already know from Polish online stores.
Bank transfer
A built-in WooCommerce method for companies that prefer a traditional transfer or payment from a business account.
Manual confirmation
When someone pays by bank transfer, the order can wait for confirmation and download access can be enabled after funds arrive.
Clear order number
The order number makes it easy to find the payment, license and support history later.
Company details at checkout
Customers can provide invoice details during purchase instead of sending them later by email.
What arrives after purchase?
The email guides customers through installation step by step: download, license, instructions and support in one place.
The download link can be time-limited for security, while the customer area keeps the installer, license key and instructions easy to find later.
- Order number for support and invoices.
- Secure link to the plugin installer.
- Personal license key for the selected plan.
- Short installation and activation guide.
- Support link if WordPress needs extra help.
Activation after installation.
After uploading the plugin to WordPress, the customer opens the activation screen, enters the purchase email and license key, then sees a clear confirmation when the license is active.
| Element | Purpose | Customer sees |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase email | Confirms who owns the license. | The email address used during checkout. |
| License key | Unlocks updates, support and site activation. | A personal key from the email or customer area. |
| Site address | Shows where the purchased plan is active. | Confirmation that this WordPress installation has been activated. |
| License status | Helps confirm that everything is working. | Active, expired, renewal required or site limit reached. |
Purchase feels simple from the first click.
The product page leads to the cart, checkout and license delivery. After the order is confirmed, the customer receives the installer and license key.
