How it works
SyndiScribe AI works like a calm editorial assistant.
It fetches the source, organizes the content, checks duplicates, prepares a post and shows the result in WordPress.
- 4 jargon-free steps
- Drafts before publishing
- Readable statuses

1. Source
Add a feed, sitemap, file or structured source. SyndiScribe AI checks how to read it and stores the rules.
2. Queue
Scheduled work goes into the job queue so imports remain predictable and easier to diagnose.
3. Transform
Content can be shortened, rewritten, translated, enriched with images, assigned to categories and checked for duplicates.
4. Publish
Depending on settings, the result becomes a draft, post, WooCommerce product or review-ready item.
Start safely
Use draft mode for the first runs. Review source behavior, images and AI output before enabling stronger automation.
Safe settings for the first test.
These settings are friendly for a normal WordPress site and for someone who wants to understand the result before publishing.
Post status
Choose draft until you have seen several good results.
Item count
Start with 1-3 items per run so review stays easy.
AI usage
Enable AI after the plain import works, then add usage and cost limits.
What to prepare before the first run.
Prepare one trusted source URL, one WordPress category and a few minutes for review. You do not need to know technical names. You only need to know where the content comes from and where the draft should go.
A good first test is small. If the plugin creates one or two drafts, you can easily check the title, image, SEO description, category and duplicate behavior.
Simplest first run
One source, up to 2 posts, draft status and AI turned off. After that works, add AI, images and a stronger schedule.
How to read panel statuses.
Statuses should explain whether the system is waiting, working, skipping something or asking for your attention.
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Queued | The job is saved and will run at the right moment. | Wait or run a small manual test if the panel allows it. |
| Draft created | The post is ready to review but not public. | Open the draft, check it and publish only when ready. |
| Duplicate skipped | The plugin found similar content already on the site. | Confirm it is correct or adjust duplicate rules. |
| Source error | The URL may be unavailable, changed or typed incorrectly. | Open the source URL in a browser and read the log message. |
